This Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge is one sexy phone. For those who love elite products, the S6 Edge is the designer phone of all smartphones and one beauty. You will be drawn to its rounded curves that cradle its chic, slim 5.1" body, setting it apart from the rest. The curves actually make it easier to hold with a solid grip, but that's not all they do. They provide you with icons that come to life because of the bubble/curvature of the Edge's top. Introducing the first dual-curved display and superior hardware is only the beginning of what this phone offers.The Edge has a higher battery capacity (great for taking on the night mode) and it will provide an average of 13 amazing hours of run time. Its ultra-HD screen is gorgeous and the 16-megapixel camera takes stunning, crisp photos that are even good in low light, and just as good as many DSLR cameras, and some even better.
The Edge screen neatly tucks away the apps and makes them available to you by sliding from the left or right, keeping its main screen neat and clean looking. Your notifications, texts, emails, missed calls and app activity flash on the sidebar strip without you having to look at them. We really like the night mode which displays the time on your Edge while you're sleeping, keeping the rest of the screen off.
One of our favorite features is five color-coded tab hub that you designate to your five of your besties. One feature we LOVE is that when one of your besties is contacting you, the edges will glow with their color so you will immediately know who it is. Select one, and you can fast-track a call or message. If you miss correspondence from one of your Edge friends, a 'sticky' note will appear in their color to alert you. Just slide their tab open and call or text them back. Very cool!
iPhones are great phones, I'm not going to lie, but the Samsung 6 Edge is exceptional. Even though both phones are very similar in many ways, Samsung wins for its uniqueness, cleverness, beauty, and creativity. Its functionality is above and beyond our expectations. We love all of its cool functions. Flipboard briefing is still available with plenty of news updates and there are plenty of themes to choose from, and plenty of apps to keep you busy. The features are endless and we can only suggest that you pick one of these beauties up and see for yourselves.
Samsung really stepped up big time with the Edge... it's their best release so far and it's truly the phone you want. Trust me, you will be able to justify every penny you spend on it.
